Despite having had tremendous positive results from my 90 minutes sessions, I noticed remarkable improvement in specific self healing by the third day of my new practice.

This finding makes it conclusive to me that in my own body, I have managed to reverse a ware and tare damage that I was unable to, previously with the 90 minutes sessions.

In my progressive experience over the years as I built up to 90 minutes sessions, I noticed tremendous improvement
that I had as well as progressive improvement of health problems in order of seriousness
